- Organization Name: KSN Inc.
- Comments: KSN searched for this monument in the fall of 2009 as part of a control survey performed for the Sperry Road Extension Project. A large hole and a wood staked marked with the benchmark number was found at the location of the original benchmark. No evidence of the mark or its concrete setting was found. KSN Control Point #2113-0010-516 was set nearby as a replacement monument.
